Please fill out your contact and property info. Takes about 60 seconds. Our team handles all the technical details when we arrive.
Don't worry about knowing the right words. Just tell us what you're seeing — we'll take it from there.
If you've already filed a claim, fill in what you have below. If you haven't started that process yet — don't worry. Most of our customers haven't when they call us. We work with insurance companies every day and we'll coach you through what to do and how to protect your claim.
Please review the following terms. This authorizes Cal Coast to begin services at your property.
Authorization to Proceed. I authorize Cal Coast Water Damage & Construction to perform inspection, water mitigation, mold remediation, drying, demolition, restoration, and related services at the property listed, including all approved estimates and change orders.
Payment Responsibility. I am financially responsible for all services performed. Payment is due per invoice terms regardless of insurance involvement. Insurance delays or denials do not extend my payment obligations.
Insurance Communication. I authorize Cal Coast to communicate with my insurance carrier and provide all documentation needed to support my claim. Cal Coast is not obligated to negotiate settlements on my behalf.
Deposits & Payment Terms. A deposit may be required prior to work. Final payment due upon completion. Invoices unpaid after 30 days accrue interest at 1.9% per month. I agree to pay all collection costs including attorney fees.
Change Orders. Work beyond the approved scope requires a written change order signed before Cal Coast proceeds.
Limitation of Liability. Cal Coast is not responsible for hidden conditions, pre-existing damage, or inaccessible areas. This agreement creates no warranty beyond written terms.
Access & Cooperation. I agree to provide Cal Coast reasonable access to all work areas and will remove or protect personal belongings as needed.
Governing Law. This agreement is governed by California law. Disputes resolved in the county where the property is located. Prevailing party recovers all legal fees.
